Standard and Sound Loyalty pricing for every Academy course, package, and extension.

Loyalty pricing: to qualify, you or your clinic must have purchased an ultrasound machine from SOUND within the last 6 years. Education packages do not include Equine, the Small Animal Veterinarian Ultrasound Imaging Program, or Residents and Specialists Only – Small Animal Ultrasound Camps.

Course extension

Details Pricing
To qualify for a course extension, the education package must have been purchased within the past 5 years. Extension fees are charged per day (a standard 2-day course would cost $1,600 to extend). $800 /day

Policies for course registration

Confirmation is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment may be denied at any time if and when maximum course registration has been met. You will receive confirmation within one week of interest being submitted. Early registration is highly recommended to ensure availability.

Attendance will be guaranteed only after receipt of payment and confirmation of available space in the course is sent to you from the Academy of Veterinary Imaging.

Cancellation policy

Due to the cost and scheduling of speakers, instructors, and animals, we must insist on the following cancellation policy:

  • Single course purchase: cancellation must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the start date to be eligible for a refund. Late cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded and cannot be applied toward future courses.
  • Education package: cancellation must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the start date. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of a course within the package.
