Sound Group Rate:

• $117.00 – Preferred Rate
• $19.89 – Hotel Tax 17%
• $1.90 – Entertainment District Fee
• Total one night stay – $138.79

• Daily complimentary hot breakfast buffet in F1RST Restaurant.
• 25% food discount in R Bar & Grill valid toward any entrée.
• Complimentary transportation to/from local office.
• Complimentary upgraded guest room Wi-Fi.
• Complimentary transportation to DFW Int’l Airport from Sound Academy and/or from Hilton Arlington.

Hotel Reservations:

A hotel link is provided for each individual class with Sound rate of $117.00.

Rate is bookable at $117.00. If for any reason the rate isn’t showing bookable AT $117.00 and your receiving a higher rate, PLEASE CONTINUE TO BOOK HOTEL RESERVAITON AND CONFIRM. The hotel will honor the $117.00, please email Jay Patel at ([email protected]) to correct the rate. THIS MUST BE DONE AT TIME OF MAKING RESERVATIONS.

Payment Arrangements:

Individuals are responsible for paying their hotel accommodations.

If your employment is paying for Room & Tax and/or Room, Tax & Incidentals please email ([email protected]).

Credit card form will be sent for completion. The form must be returned within 10 business days before you arrival.

Individual guests will be asked to present a credit card at check-in for incidental charges – Hotel will authorize $50.00 per day for incidentals.

Transportations:

Guests are asked to select their preferred 3rd party transportation provider from DFW Airport to hotel.

Hotel will be provide transportation to the Sound Academy and your return back to DFW Airport.
